MAIYAS 1st BIRTHDAY

Maiya had such a great birthday. I cant believe she is 1 already!!

well we had a big family dinner, all her baby cuzzies were there and aunts, uncles, my mom and her great grandparents. It was so nice. maiya was so excited to see all the decorations and her buddies and she had such a nice time. when her cake came out her face lit up so big!! she smiled and noah and aliyah helped her blow out the candle. she stuck her finger in the icing and tasted tasted tasted some more. it was too cute. when I took the cake to go cut it, she shook her head and got mad at me, she wanted her cake now!! so I cut her a piece as fast as I could..lol.

she got such nice gifts, we are so grateful to everyone that spolied her.

Iam so thankful to my mom and to ramona and moe for all their help with organizing this party, I dont think I could have done it without them. And for marge and gran for cooking and ann for the jello jigglers. THANK YOU ALL!

This was such a great day.

now we are going to be doing it again in a week and a half for my other baby noah. he will be 3 ..oh my, already.

I am so grateful to the creator for blessing me with these beautiful, wonderful children. I love them with all my heart.

UPDATE

well sorry I havent kept up with my blog. over the holidays. I was actually very busy. my baby girl got sick and we ended up in the hospital for a week. we spent christmas day in there, and later were sent home to monitor her. then again the next day cuz her fever wouldnt go away. 104 f constantly. !!! then went back and again sent home, finally sunday we went in again , her fever was still 104, finally they decided to keep her. she was severely dehydrated and lathargic and really really hot. because her veins were so small, it was hard for the doc to get her IV in. it took 3 tries and a 1/2 hour, finally after tons of bleeding from her poor tiny hand, they got the IV in. they had her on antibiotics and fluids to keep her hydrated. so we spent new years in there as well. then the next day noah came to see his sister, and he got sick. so samples were taken from him and now we wait. we left the hospital by the weekend and noah was so glad to have us home, he missed his sister, and me too... *smile* i hate being away from my son, i miss him so much. finally home again and things are almost back to normal. maiya is still a bit sick and noah is recovering. the results of maiyas tests came back, she had an infection somewhere but the docs didnt know where, they would have found it but someone lost the urine sample! so her chest xray also showed brochitus in her lungs and bacteria in her bowels as well as a UTI. and a major rash all over her body.

Now I am preparing for maiyas 1st birthday..wow how time flies. this time last year i was awaiting her arrival. wishing she would get outta my belly..lol.

oh kiddies are getting restless and bored...gotta go
